Since early 2021, GreenShield eligible plan members may be covered for pharmacogenetic testing under their health benefit plans. This can ensure that your healthcare provider has all the information they need to make the best treatment decisions with personalized genetic insights.
The TreatGx medication decision support software provides personalized medication options based on the results of a pharmacogenetic (PGx) test as well as other information about your health.
Important note: You should not change your medications solely based on TreatGx treatment options. You should always consult with your physician or health care provider before making any change to your medications. We provide our products to clinicians, and only provide them directly to patients in those jurisdictions which allow it.
