We are pleased to announce the addition of a new condition to our TreatGx website! Crohn’s disease is available for access to all TreatGx users. This algorithm provides medication treatment options for adults with mild, moderate and severe disease as well as for maintenance of remission after medical or surgical therapy. Medication treatment options and dosing are based on the most up to date guidelines from the American College of Gastroenterology[1], British Society of Gastroenterology[2], Canadian Association of Gastroenterology [3] and National Institute for Health and Care Excellence[4]. This algorithm also includes patient-specific dosing of medications based on age, weight, liver and kidney function, as well as pharmacogenetic information where relevant.
